Shipping & Delivery
All U.S. purchases are shipped via UPS ground service with the following exceptions: P.O. Boxes, military addresses, Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories will be shipped via USPS and an additional charge of $15 will be assessed to your order. International orders will be shipped via DHL International and an additional shipping charge will apply. Customer is responsible for all tariffs.
Privacy & Security
Our policy dictates that we do not, and will not, work with companies that sell or re-sell private information collected via the web. This is true for all information, including email addresses.
Returns & Replacements
If there is physical damage upon receipt of your video game console you must immediately contact the shipping agent to begin the process of filing a claim, and then contact RefurbishSystem.com.

All video game consoles sold by RefurbishSystem.com or serviced by VideoGame911.com come with a 90 day warranty. If your system requires servicing during the (90) day warranty period, the customer assumes responsibility for shipping charges to ship the video game system to us. The unit will be serviced at no cost to the client and returned to the client at our shipping expense. Units which are physically damaged by any means are not covered by warranty service. Additional cleaning costs may apply to systems which are considered hazardous environments due to dust and grime buildup.

Ordering
When you are ready to make a purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" button found on every product page. You may continue to add items to your basket by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button on the "Shopping Cart" page.

On the "Shopping Cart" page you can enter any Discount Codes you may have as well as information to get "Estimate Shipping and Tax" information.

When you are ready to pay for your products, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button on your Shopping Cart page. You will be asked to either Register a new account or Login to your existing account.

To use any major credit card or your PayPal account, highlight the PayPal Standard button and click Continue. .

To pay by money order highlight the Money Order button and click continue.

Finally, after reviewing your order, click on the "Place Order" button. For credit card and PayPal payments you will be redirected to PayPal's secure web site to make payment; for money order payments your page will refresh, notifying you that an email has been sent to you with details of your order and a link to track its progress.

Customer Service is available during normal business hours to help you if you should require it, please be aware that cancelled orders incur a minimum of 7% restocking fee.

RefurbishSystem accepts MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, money orders, domestic and international wire transfers. www.RefurbishSystems.com offers competitive pricing with a warranty on every item in our store. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Some discounts are limited-time offers. Also, as the discount we are able to offer for any item is dependent upon its availability, www.RefurbishSystem.com prices will necessarily change on regular occasions.

To view an existing order, login to your account this should take you directly to your Dashboard page (if it does not, click on the My Account link located in the upper right of every page). On the left side your Dashboard, under the header of My Account there is a tab for My Orders.

To update your account information, login to your account. This should take you directly to your Dashboard page (if it does not click on the My Account link located in the upper right of every page). On the left side of this page, under the header of My Account there are tabs for you to view or edit your account information.
